Got a brochure from my mailbox few months ago, I am attracted by their advertisment of Steven Chow movie 'The God Of Cookery'..Here we have it, Nyam Yin Siew Wan Rice RM 8.90 - Juicy BBQ Pork, Half cook Sunny Egg, Hong Kong Kailan and aromatic rice..
Rice set is come with rice, steam soup and some vege..

Steam Fish @ Happy Garden

Wang Wang Nine Enterprise a new steam fish restaurant open in Happy Garden. Everyone stay nearby there will know where is the location is, previously the shop lot was running mamak business..

Steam Greenshell Mussels is fresh and match with the special sauce. Price RM15.00.

The Only Taufu.. Steam Taufu.. Forget the price tim.. Not sure is RM7..

The main dish 'Steam Fish Head'.. Fresh, yummy and no fishy taste ( tat is important ).. Price RM 26.00 (big) and 23.00 (small).. We will more prefer steam fish stomach but the restaurant always run of stock of it.. will need to call to book next time.. :P

Medium size prawn.. Quite spicy for this dish.. A lot of chili padi which away the prawn taste.. Price RM15.00

Fatty Mok Hakka Yong Tau Fu @ Salak South

One of the famous restaurant in Salak South, amost everyday also full of people. Hear the story from my mum, she said last time ( the grandfather story ) the restuarant just open business just with a small stall only, and now already have 2 shop lots. Very good business oh + sure with their secret recipe from their family..

You can chose with yong tau fu you wan.. 90sen per-piece..

Turn around the menu, there will have mee, porridge, and chicken rice.. I will highly recommended of their curry mee and 'zah yoke mee'.. Super yummy.. The 'Zah Yoke' is Hakka people famous dish oh.. Must try..
You can order other dish 'tai cau' at there. We always order 'Mango Fish', is sweet and sour ingredia with deep fry fish.. Crispy and taste good..

Famous Char Siew @ Tmn Sri Muda

Is Highly recommanded by my brother, the restaurant is very famous with their 'Char Siew'.

Have Chui Ling host also oh, for 1 day 5 meals show.

Roasted Chicken with 'Siew Yoke' - Roasted chicken okok, 'Siew Yoke' cripsy and juicy..
Famous 'Char Siew' is coming, actually is called 'Bo Lei Char Siew' because it like crystal (wink wink)..
Crisp skin, Juicy and melt in mouth with enwrapping belly pork.. Really super yummy..
The restuarant quite far from KL, but lucky it not disspointed us to waste our time and petrol to drive so far.. Hehe.. Here is the map and address.. If you are many people go, better call 1st for booking.. Not booking table oh, is booking 'Char Siew' ..

Famous Gai Wo Bao @ Sri Petaling

Clan Dim Sum Restaurant is famous of the 'Gai Wo Bao', it is 'Loh Mai Gai' in the steam bun. I have heard from my friends long time ago, they said that quite special and yummy.. As my mum very like to eat dim sum, so I suggest to have breakfast at there..

You will see a advertising about their famous bun in front their restaurant..

This is the famous 'Gai Wo Bao', the bun is soft with juicy sauce but must eat when it still in hot..

Inside is a 'Loh Mai Gai' with some yolk, onion, chicken, and mushroom..

Salad Prawn is so..so.. not crispy and hard to eat..

Their another recommaned 'Wo Zai Bao' , outlook like a steam big egg.. The yellow color is 'Malai Gou' with surround by soft bun.. (must eat in hot too, will more yummy)
What is inside the bun? Here is it.. Juicy 'Char Siew' as ingredient..
Ya, I have try their dim sum also but is so.. so.. only.. If I go there again is because of the 'Gai Wo Bao' and 'Wo Zai Bao'..

Steam Fish Head @ Chan Sow Lin

Highly recommended by my brother, he said the restaurant just open for weekday lunch time only.. According to my brother, many people like to eat here because of their traditional cook style.. Original taste..

When you go there, you will need to prepare more tissue because is very hot there.. You will sweat when you dining there.. There just have few big fan only.. The environment as below with open kitchen:-

Fish stomach + 'Yu Pui' - the fish stomach taste like sotong, 'song song' with some sauce

100 % Kampung chicken - is very 'ang', as my dad said kampung chicken is hard to eat as the chicken have exercise more (run around) so it will have the original chicken taste.. kampung feel gua..

Steam Fish Head - it fresh and yummy eat with their fish sauce.. Need to book more early if you go around 1pm, if not will need to try next time lo...

Mama Kitchen Restaurant @ TTDI

One of restaurant famous with Claypot Loh Shu Fun.. There is a lot of people although is weekday, you will need to wait for your table..

Here it come, the famous Claypot Lou Shu Fun - it serves with plenty of minced pork and a raw egg on top.. We will need to mix it together so the egg will gets cooked and more juicy.. It very yummy with full of flavour and it smooth in your mouth.. Super yummy.. That why it so famous...


Fried Sui Gau - Crispy, Crispy outside and juicy pork inside..


Yong Chow Fried Rice - Too Dry and Salty...




My brother favorite, Wantan Mee with Roast pork - nice roast pork sauce + wantan mee = yummy match.. Their wan tan mee is 'song', 'song' when you chewing..

Vege Lettuce -.- RM11.00

Big Fish Head with black bean sauce - the sauce is not very yummy, little bit weired taste.. maybe this is their special gua.. - RM 25.00

Small Steam Fish Head with Garlic and ginger - At 1st we though is normal steam fish only, but their normal steam fish is with garlic, ginger and chili.. It more spicy that we thought.. - RM12.50
